How Enserve works

Replace lobbies, paper forms, and phone trees with a single online flow.

Every service request — a passport renewal, a business licence, a property transfer, a school transcript — follows the same shape: fill in a form, attach the right documents, pay a fee, and wait for an outcome. Enserve gives every one of those flows the same interface, the same tracking, and the same inbox, regardless of which institution issues the result.

The flow

  1. Find your service Browse the catalog or search by name. Each card tells you what you'll need, the fee, and the typical processing time before you start.
  2. Fill in the form One form per service, with fields the issuing institution actually needs — no duplicate questions, no “please tick this box if you've already ticked the box above.”
  3. Upload documents Drag and drop PDFs or photos. We check the format and file size before you submit so the request doesn't bounce later.
  4. Pay the fee Total fee is shown up front. Pay once and you're done — the institution receives your request and confirmation at the same time.
  5. Track the status Every status change shows up in your dashboard and email inbox. If the institution asks for more information, you'll see exactly which field or document needs attention.
  6. Receive the result Digital outcomes (certificates, licences, approvals) land in your account as downloadable, signed PDFs. Physical outcomes are shipped to the address you provided.

What's behind it

Enserve isn't a workflow tool — it's a relationship with each issuing institution. We integrate directly with their intake systems where they have an API, and where they don't, our operations team submits the request and tracks its progress on your behalf. Either way, you get the same single inbox.

What's not Enserve

We're not an alternative legal service, a notary, or a translator. If your request needs one of those (e.g. an apostilled translation of a birth certificate), Enserve coordinates with the third party but the work itself is done by an accredited specialist.
